Argentinian saxophonist Julieta Eugenio has become a prominent voice in jazz, performing across New York City and beyond. After establishing herself in the jazz scene in Buenos Aires, she moved to the U.S. to pursue a Master’s degree in Jazz at Queens College. Since graduating, Julieta has performed with leading musicians such as Johnny O’Neal, Leon Parker, Joe Farnsworth, and Bertha Hope, appearing at iconic venues like Smoke Jazz Club, Dizzy's Club, and Smalls Jazz Club.

Julieta’s debut album, JUMP, released in March 2022 on Greenleaf Music, features her original compositions performed with her trio. The album received critical acclaim, leading to her trio winning the 2022 DCJazzPrix competition and performing at top festivals, including the Kennedy Center's Mary Lou Williams Jazz Festival and Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival. She has also toured with the Eyal Vilner Big Band for the celebrated SW!NG OUT production and performed at venues like the Joyce Theater and Guggenheim Museum.

In 2022, Julieta was nominated for Best New Artist at the Jazz Music Awards and named one of GRAMMY Magazine's “10 Jazz Emerging Artists to Watch” in 2023. She continues to present her music at major festivals and venues across the U.S., including the Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival, Elkhart Jazz Festival, and Washington DC Jazz Festival.
